Clubhouse Tour

We are delighted that you can spend a moment of your time with us to look at our facility. We are located at 1015 Strathcona Drive right next to the Kinsmen Park in Sherwood Park. This is what our clubhouse looks like from the street looking northwest. On the other side of the clubhouse is the sign that proudly proclaims our location to all. We have been in this site since the 1970's and enjoy a great working relationship with our "landlord"- the County of Strathcona!

In 1997, the Rams had to change...the clubhouse was too small for the changes that were coming. We expanded our clubhouse at our expense by almost 900 square feet to give us more room inside. With the help of "sweat equity" we greatly improved our practice facility by adding practice lights. We were the FIRST facility in Strathcona football to have its own lighted practice facility. In this first picture you are looking west at the lights that were added by one of our wonderful supporters, the Hutton Family. In the second picture you are looking southwest across our small but adequate practice field.

In this next series of pictures, you will enter the Rams clubhouse which has been the scene of much hard work and fun over the years. You will see the banners and trophies but most of all the pride of a great tradition of players and supporters who have worked so very hard to make bantam football in Strathcona County and Sherwood Park a reality. This was a picture taken inside our clubhouse after celebrating one of our Provincial Championships- which would explain the balloons! You can see that each player has his own locker and "his or her" space for football equipment and personal belongings.

These are the banners of past years where EVERY player has his or her name enshrined above for all to see. This is proof positive that "Once a Ram-Always a Ram!"

This is the trophy case that proudly displays the hardware of each team and player trophy of the team. Will your name be on the trophies inside and on top of this case some day?
