Thanks to all the players who participated in the Terry Fox Run on Saturday, September 16. It was a great success. We now have the totals. A total of $10,000 was raised by our team for cancer research. We doubled our fund raising from last year of just over $5000. Congratulations on a job well done!

It was dubbed the "March for Matt" this year as our friend, team mate and leader Matt Perry raised the most money for the Run this year.

NEW NEWS! The 2006 Edition of the Team North high school All Star team has been chosen. Congratulations to Korey Johnson and Jeff Toonen who were chosen as linebackers for the North. Congratulations as well to other Sherwood Park players who made the team. Kevin Wuthrich, Andrew Berriman, Suroosh Gufrani, Jeff Dennis, Shane Samoil, Neil King and J.P. Wallin were also chosen. Good luck in the Alberta Bowl!
