Week one is now over and what a week it was- three games in 7 days and three wins! The first game was August 16 against the Leduc Ticats and the RAMS left the filed with a 37-0 victory. Led by a strong running game and an impregnable defense, it was a good start for a busy week.
On Wednesday, August 20, the RAMS overpowered the Foothills (Okotoks) Falcons 51 -0 and today, August 23 the RAMS beat their crosstown rival North Stars 48-0.
The league now realigns teams for the remaining 6 games of the season and a new schedule will be posted on our team website on Tuesday as soon as it is available.
Thanks to all our fans for their strong support. Our next game will be either next Saturday or Sunday.

August 16th is the date. Strathcona Athletic Park is the place and 12:30 is the time for the RAMS season opener against the Leduc Ticats. This promises to be the busiest game week in RAMS history as the RAMS play 3 games in 7 days! After Leduc, the team meets the Foothills Falcons from Okotoks, a new team in the league. The game will be played on Wednesday, August 20th. Presently the game is slated to start at 7:30 but 8:00 PM is more realistic as there is a 6 PM game ahead of this game. The last game in the week is against the North Stars again at S.A.P. and at 12:30 on August 23 SEE YOU THERE and wear your RAMS colours!!

Please remeber that training camp beginson Monday, July 14th. Be at the clubhouse ready to go by 5:45. See you there!

Congratulations to all the players who tried out with the Rams this past week. To the 44 players who made the team, congratulations! To the other players who tried out, we thank you for helping our team to be better and stronger.
