WE ARE A TEAM THAT SUCCEEDS BY ADOPTING THE "FAMILY" CONCEPT, EMPOWERING LIFE LONG FRIENDSHIPS FOR PLAYERS AND PARENTS WHILE STRIVING TO IMPROVE ON THE FUNDAMENTALS OF FOOTBALL. OUR EXECUTIVE AND COACHES ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS WHO DISPLAY AN EXTRAORDINARY AMOUNT OF TIME, PERSONAL COMMITMENT AND PERSONAL BEST TO ENSURE OUR TEAM IS SUCCESSFUL AND IN BEING A POSITIVE INFLUENCE IN THE LIVES OF OUR PLAYERS.

 

We have lots of room for players this season and that experience is not a prerequisite for playing for us. All we ask is that you be keen and prepared to work hard to get better every day when you do make our team!

REGISTRATION FEES for the RAMS is the same as last year- $295 per player and includes ALL of your equipment except cleats.

The RAMS have been the most successful bantam football team around the City of Edmonton and County of Strathcona for the last 18 years. We are a professionally run organization and offer our players unique positive experiences . Winning championships is a by-product of our team's philosophy. Our post secondary bursary program is unique to Canadian bantam football.

Golf Tournament

It is never too early to remind everyone that on Thursday, June 17, 2010 we will be hosting the 11th annual Sherwood Park Rams Bursary Golf Tournament at Legends Golf Course. The Bursary Fund provided financial support to an additional 16 recipients in 2009, bringing the total to 78 former Rams who have benefited from the bursary since its inception.

This golf event is our primary fund raiser for this one-of-a-kind program that provides bursary funds for Rams alumni to assist in their pursuit of post-secondary education. To reserve your spot in support of this tremendous cause, or if you are able to volunteer or assist with obtaining participants, prizes or hole sponsorships please contact our Tournament Chairperson Tim Weinberger at (780) 922 IO68 or by e-mail at tweinberger@newcap.ca
